Commercial Dealmaking

We provides services for commercial dealmaking for major projects. Some case examples:

Various industrial users were seeking to access renewables. We facilitated the creation of a buyer consortium consisting of Google, DSM, AKZO and Philips. The first direct corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) in the Netherlands were created by us. Wind4ind identified potential windfarms and closed deals with windfarms Krammer and Bouwdokken. The PPAs were direct: no utility was involved.

Corre Energy

Corre Energy had the challenge to find its commercial partner for a technology which was unfamiliar to most potential partner: compressed air energy storage based with hydrogen. We organized for Corre roadshows and an auction and successfully found their commercial partner.


Lagerwey, a small but innovative manufacturer of windturbines was considering to license their technology outside of Europe. We identified and negotiated with major corporations worldwide. We closed a significant manufacturing licensing deal with Russian company Rosatom. The first windfarms were developed with the licensed Lagerwey technology. Lagerwey was sold with a major part of its value coming from the licensing deal.
